Customers please note that between now, Monday 14th June 2010 and Thursday 17th June 2010 we will be undergoing several technical upgrades which may result in the website being slow to load or inaccessible. You may experience error messages or timeout issues during this time.
The biggest change will be an upgrade to a new quad core server which will result in faster loading time and better website performance in general, however, while this should be complete by Thursday morning there may be additional changes that our technical team will need to test for and apply to the website afterwards to ensure full functionality.
More frequent backups, up to once hourly will be performed during this time to prevent any loss of data and the only difference you should notice will be a general slow loading time. Orders will still be processed as normal and emails will be received and responded to although these may also be subject to delay.
We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause but are sure you will benefit from faster website response after this time.
